The well- organized process for the construction of ACADEM CITY – is the result of the transparency and responsibility of the company “Riola-Modul LTD” for the project. In April 2017 the facility was put into operation on time.
«Riola-Modul LTD» was the general contractor in the construction of the 2 – storey shopping center ACADEM CITY, with a total area of 11 000 м². Specialists of the company performed the assembly of reinforced concrete frame and metal structures, monolith construction, facade and roof covering of the building.
The construction was carried out in compliance with the technological map and safety precautions, as well as coordinating the timing and quality of the work performed by the general contractors.
