Under the project, the total area of the shopping center is 86,000 m2. The facility will include underground and ground parking for 2000 seats, two levels of a boutique gallery, a grocery supermarket, and an entertainment area with a 9-hole cinema.
At this facility, the company “Riola-Modul LTD” performs the functions of a general contractor. The facility is scheduled for commissioning in the second half of 2018.
